Getting Your Work to icebox4
Artworks should be fully prepared, wired for safe hanging and must meet professional standards. No saw tooth hangers will be accepted. All work must be available for the duration of the exhibition.
Work will be accepted at icebox4.com on Monday, May 15th, 3pm-7pm. Private arrangements may be available for alternate dropoff times if made before May 11th.
Packaging may be removed from icebox4.com at the time of delivery. If packaging remains at icebox4.com, we cannot guarantee that it will be returned to you.
Floor stands must be brought with sculpture unless arrangements are made to use icebox4.com stands.
Please Note: Fragile/unprotected work which requires a professional preparator’s expertise should not be submitted to icebox4.
Pickup Your Work
Work must be picked up on Tuesday, June 6th (closing) from 6pm-8pm. Private arrangements may be available for alternate pickup times if made before May 18th.
icebox4 and any associates accept no responsibility for work not retrieved on pick-up date and will charge the artist. After 45 days icebox4 and associates may dispose of the work.
Liability and Acceptance of Terms
Care will be taken with all work, but artists are responsible for insuring their own pieces if they wish. Icebox4 and associates will not be responsible for any loss or damage to work while on the premises or in transit to or from icebox4.com.
Submission of your work will serve as your acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in this prospectus. Acceptance of a work of art to this exhibition shall be understood to constitute an agreement on the part of the artist to the terms and conditions stated in this prospectus.
